Bird Gallery (168 specimens) : Turkey acts as a natural bridge between the continents of Europe, Asia and Africa. As a result of this geographical position, more than 465 species of birds are found in Turkey. In the gallery, 104 species of birds found especially in the Aegean region (waders, flamingos, pelicans and herons, hawks, eagles, etc.) are on display. There are eggs of 31 different species of birds exhibited for the purpose of informing visitors about the variety of birds’eggs
